You must not use our website, products or services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose or violate applicable laws through your use of our services.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information are accurate.
Actual colours, finishes or appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting or reasonable manufacturing variations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts applicable consumer guarantees.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and delivery information.
Orders are subject to acceptance, product availability and successful payment processing.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving suspected fraud, genuine pricing errors, product unavailability or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, any applicable refund will be processed appropriately.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
We offer free standard shipping to Australia.
Estimated delivery time is 4–12 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier operations, international transit, customs procedures, public holidays, periods of high demand or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds
Handyhuby offers a voluntary return period of 30 calendar days after receiving the product.
For eligible voluntary returns requested within the first 7 calendar days, Handyhuby will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For eligible change-of-mind returns requested from day 8 through day 30, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Change-of-mind returns must satisfy the eligibility requirements described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, materially different from its description or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, applicable statutory rights and remedies remain unaffected.
Approved voluntary-policy refunds will normally be processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. Pricing
Prices for customers in Australia are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product-information errors.
